Do your prices include parts?
No - any necessary parts are on top of the servicing cost, but we will let you know the cost of any parts that you need when we get in touch with you with your quote.
How long will I have to wait for a booking?
Usually 4-7 days, and up to two weeks during busy times but to be sure it is best to contact us to check you can always book in advance if you have a event or holiday coming up.
Can you give an accurate collection time?
Yes! We don't like to keep you waiting, bike guy is all about convenience so we turn up when we say we will, if we are going to be late due to the traffic we will call or text ahead.
Can I drop my bike off/collect it?
No as we have a tight schedule set each day in our workshop, so can't guarantee when we will be there.
How long will you need my bike for?
It depends on what needs doing but usually 1-2 working days.
How long does it take to check over a bike and give a quote?
We will email your quote the same day the bike is collected if before 4pm or the following morning if the collection is after 4pm
Will you clean my bike?
Yes, we will clean the bike and give it a quick polish.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have a portable secure card terminal (iZettle) that accepts most debit and credit cards,
Why don't you have a phone number
When its super busy (most days) there's a tendency to miss a few calls here and there we can actually respond faster to emails, if you would like a call back that's cool, just email that you would like a call and we will come back to you when not on the road or covered in oil.
Where is your shop? What are your opening hours?
We do not have a shop just a large fully equipped commercial workshop in SO14 Southampton. We offer collection and delivery between 10am-8pm
Do you sell bikes?
No but we are happy to service your recently purchased second hand bike.
