How much does a service cost?
£30 upwards for a general service including collection and delivery within the free collection zone. See the Pricing page for full details.

Do your prices include parts?
No - any necessary parts are on top of the servicing cost, but we will let you know the cost of any parts that you need when­ we get in touch with you with your quote.

How long will I have to wait for a booking?
Usually 24-72 hours, but to be sure it is best to contact us to check as sometimes we can collect on the same day.

Can you give an accurate collection time?
Yes! We don't like to keep customers waiting, bike guy is all about convenience so we turn up when we say we will, if we are going to be late by more than a few minutes we will give you a call.

Can I drop my bike off/collect it?
No as we do not have insurance to cover customers at out workshops.

How long will you need my bike for?
It depends on what needs doing- usually 1-2 working days, but we can turn this around faster if it is urgent.

How long does it take to check over a bike and give a quote?
We will give you a call with a quote around 3 hours after collection.

Will you clean my bike?
Yes, we will clean the bike, if it is very dirty we will use a low pressure washer.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, paypal or credit card over the phone prior to delivery.

When are your phone lines open?
We are always 'on' so try us, if we don't pick up we are out riding or on a collection so leave a message and we will bet back to you ASAP.

Where is your shop? What are your opening hours?
We do not have a shop just a fully equipped workshop at Ocean Village Southampton. Bike guy is all about servicing not sales.

Do you sell bikes?
Occasionally we will have some reconditioned bikes or some of our personal bikes for sale, check our ebay listings here.

Do you buy bikes?
Very occasionally. Email us a photo to info@bikeguy.co.uk and we will get back to you with an approximate price we will then come out agree a price and collect.
